Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using YogiPlan. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About YogiPlan

YogiPlan ("we", "our", or "us") provides a planning and teaching tool designed for yoga teachers. YogiPlan is not a medical service, a certified yoga training programme, or a substitute for professional yoga education.

AI-Generated Content

When you use AI features (such as sequence generation, "Inspire Me", or flow suggestions), the content produced is for inspiration and planning purposes only.

AI suggestions are not a substitute for your professional training and judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether any AI-generated content is appropriate for your students.

YogiPlan does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any generated content.

Limitation of Liability for Injury

Yoga carries an inherent risk of physical injury. YogiPlan and its operators are not liable for any injury or harm suffered by you or your students as a result of using content generated by or planned within this app.

You are a qualified yoga teacher and take full professional responsibility for the classes you teach, including modifications, contraindications, and student safety.

Special Populations

Particular care must be taken when teaching:

  • Pregnant students

  • Students with injuries or medical conditions

  • Beginners

  • Elderly students

AI-generated suggestions for these groups are a starting point only and must be carefully reviewed by you before use. YogiPlan accepts no liability for harm arising from teaching AI-generated content to special populations.

Subscriptions and Billing

YogiPlan offers free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions / Android: Play Store > Subscriptions)

  • Deleting the YogiPlan app or your YogiPlan account does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your device settings

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. YogiPlan does not issue refunds directly.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within YogiPlan, including sequences, class plans, and reflections.

By using the app, you grant YogiPlan a limited licence to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not use your personal content to train AI models.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Not sharing your account with others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YogiPlan to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app

  • Circumvent subscription or quota systems

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse AI features, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion permanently removes your data from our systems.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YogiPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogiPlan's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
